There are dozens of excellent restaurants in Mount Pleasant offering cuisines from across the globe. And if you’re looking for a place to grab a bite to eat while exploring the area, you don’t have to look far. Our waitress was fun and we never wanted for anything that she wasn't one step ahead.Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, is a picturesque town with miles of beaches and plenty of outdoor activities that make it an ideal destination for travelers. We had to get them to go because we were bursting at the seams, but they were fresh and good. I can't even begin to rave about the fresh desserts too. None of that cheese sauce on those, it was the baked kind with real cheese. A bit too hot for me but not for everyone. We also had a hell burger which if you like the fire in your food was good. Large slices of tomatoes deep fried with the other flavors made it a treat. We also had the Page's PBT which is pimento cheese, bacon, fried green tomatoes, and it was terrific as well. The pimento cheese is what really adds to the taste. The hamburger meat is so moist and full of flavor. We had the "build your own" with pimento cheese and mushrooms. We ordered different sandwiches and cut them up and shared them with each other to try different ones. First we tried the appetizer "Redneck Rolls" which are pulled pork and pimento cheese, and they just melted deliciousness in our mouth. Thank goodness I live 14 hours away or I'd never leave. The restaurant is nice but nothing out of the normal. We had a 20 minute wait for Saturday lunch, but they have both inside and outside seating to wait. We were looking for a new place to have lunch on our way out of town and found this listed on Trip Advisor so we gave it a try.
